The place where policy-makers, cluster managers, consortia and industry representatives will discuss and co-design proposals for new cluster services and public support mechanisms.

The European Clusters Alliance (ECA) Conference 2025 will take place 10–11 December 2025 at Pabellón de Cecilio Rodríguez, Retiro Park, Madrid.

We will bring together high-level policy-makers from the European Commission, the European Parliament, national and regional cluster agencies, cluster organisations and project consortia from across Europe to focus on improving cluster services and policy frameworks in alignment with the new European priorities — notably the new MMF programme and the Competitiveness Fund.

The Conference will be the main networking event for the European cluster community in 2025, offering plenaries, co-creation labs, thematic visits and consortium meetings. Participants will actively discuss and co-design proposals for the future cluster service landscape and help shape a new set of public support mechanisms to be proposed to public authorities across Europe.
