Denmark joins the European Clusters Alliance!

The European Clusters Alliance is proud to welcome a new member – the Food & Bio Cluster Denmark will represent the country in the European alliance. The cluster is well connected with the Danish cluster community and it will enrich ECA activities with the perspectives and experiences from Denmark and beyond.

Established in 2020, the Food & Bio Cluster Denmark is the national driving force that brings together actors in the cluster, builds partnerships and commercializes new research-based knowledge increased innovation in Danish food and bioresource companies. They act through inspiration, networks, collaborations and business development in partnership with knowledge institutions, investors and public authorities. The cluster organises over 170 events per year, including national and international matchmaking and networking events. They are experienced partners in national and EU projects and are partners of the Enterprise Europe Network.

Denmark’s cluster landscape is characterised by strong industry-academia partnerships, continuous government support, and a culture of innovation and sustainability. The Danish clusters not only drive economic growth but also contribute to Denmark’s reputation as a leader in various high-tech and sustainable industries. Now, ECA warmly welcomes the Danish clusters in its growing network of European partners.
